Oct 11. - added 0.15 second "coyote jump" (grace period when jumping close to edges). Cleaned up movement data. Built Default, Fast, and Slow player movement. Added speed change keys (press 1 for slow, 2 = default, 3 = fast). Tweeks to gravity and ground friction. Added spikes and collisions with hazard detection. Camera reset on death. Double jumping in the air and jumping off walls included (later to be triggered by collection of items).
